Already when submitting our quotation we attach top priority to realising your specifications correctly and completely. You will receive a detailed description of all components so that you can assure yourself of the technical design and construction. The two H&K managing directors as well as our sales representatives all over Germany are at your service to clarify any questions you may have. Of course we will be glad to discuss your individual requirements personally with you, also at your premises, if required.
We deliver quality from the very beginning.
As a provider of individual and special manufactures we consider each order as an individual project that is planned and scheduled in accordance with your specifications and requirements. Our carefully set up project management supports us in permanent control of defined tasks and deadlines. However, despite good, reliable planning we consider the communication between your staff and us to be indispensable. So we can make flexibility our strength and guarantee a successful completion of the project.

When purchasing the required materials we rely on long-standing partnerships with selected suppliers. Especially as a manufacturer of individual and different products we attach high importance to the diversity and flexibility of our suppliers. Some of our subsuppliers companies have accompanied us since H&K was founded. Thus they are aware of and take into consideration our demands as to quality, adherence to delivery dates, prices, and service.
All primary materials are substantiated by material quality certificates.
After you have released the manufacturing drawing, which you receive for checking and countersignature, our manufacturing process will start. It is subject to permanent control by our technical managing director, who, in his capacity as a welding specialist, is also responsible for welding supervision.
Besides permanent manufacturing control we use the following measures for quality assurance jointly with our partner companies:
As a manufacturer according to AD 2000 Leaflet HP 0 we undergo a continuous, external manufacturing control.
During our 15-year business activities we have already made our mark with high-quality welding work, this in particular thanks to our long-standing employees that face the high requirements of our customers and a permanent, rigid quality control every day. All of our welders have up-to-date welding certificates and are being tested by recurring work samples in regular intervals.
In order to be able to maintain our high quality level in the long run, our own vocational training of specialists in tank and apparatus construction is of high importance to us. We do training for the special requirements of this job in a diversified and practice-related environment.
We train our own junior staff to be.
No matter which point in time it may be: We always offer you the possibility to check the different states on your own at site and to execute intermediate acceptance. We also appreciate an extensive final acceptance before delivery.
We will gladly organise the transport to the place of destination for you. We cooperate with reliable partner companies who know well how to deal with our products.
After delivery you will receive a comprehensive documentation with components compiled according to the specific requirements, like, for example, TÜV certificates, declaration of conformity, operating manual, inspection reports, material quality certificates, etc.
